Symptoms
In OBTF system, 085ELUC231930001 LC Confirmed- Partially availed. Expiry Date extended in the Amendment. without extending the confirmation. Getting below error.

Confirm amount cannot be decreased below availed confirmed amount. LC-VALS-204
Failed while trying to confirm the amendment. LC-VALS-475
Failed to Save ST-SAVE-054
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to OBTF application
2.Go to Trade Finance
3.Go to LCDTRONL Screen
4.Avail the LC
5.Go to LCDAMEND screen
