ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Upon clicking on spend analysis option, users are getting "system can not process" error.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Upon clicking on spend analysis option, users should not get "system can not process" error.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OBDX
2. Go to spend analysis

No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
