On : 22.2.0.0.0 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Payee Maintenance report file was downloaded in PDF or CSV format; it appears to be blank.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Payee Maintenance Report download file in PDF or CSV format should not be empty.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to an application as a admin user
2. Report ->Biller registration report -> generate the report
3. Download the report in PDF or CSV format -> it appears to be empty

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, User is not able to see the record in the downloaded Payee Maintenance report.

No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
