Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR
-----------------------------
Missing data in Transaction Details when making change in 2FA Security Authentication.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
------------------------------
Modified data should be visible to the Authorizer for verification purpose before Approve.
STEPS
------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as an Admin Maker user.
2. Navigate to Security >> Authentication.
3. Select Corporate or any other user type.
4. Edit the existing setup (assuming Forgot Password or any transaction type already has Level 1 configured).
5. Change the Level for Forgot Password or the specified transaction type to None.
6. Submit the changes.
7. Go to the My Initiated List and check the Transaction Details – it shows "No data to display."
8. Similarly, for an Authorizer, check the Transaction Details while approving the transaction, and observe the same behavior.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-------------------------------
Due to this behavior, the checker is unable to verify which configuration has been removed before approving the transaction.
