On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET
Accounting Hand-off Failed
If we do a cross currency (FCY-FCY) transaction in OBPM all transaction related entries pass properly in respective fields but in Pending Transactions (EISVWPEN) screen that contract appear as “Accounting Hand-off Failed” and EODM of the related branches cannot be done.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do FCY-FCY Transaction
2. Verify the Accounting handoff
