Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User have recently enabled DMS - Oracle WebCenter Content. The document is being uploaded successfully and while trying to view, the view option is disabled on STDCIF screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The View button should respond after uploading the document.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In STDCIF, select an existing customer and unlock the record.
2. Go to Documents tab and add a new document. The upload will be successful.
3. Click on View option, it does not respond.
4. Save the contract and check if the View option works now, the view button is now disabled.
