Payment History profile (PHP) Issue on Repo - Auction accounts

User states the PHP is being updated on repossession accounts (voluntary and involuntary) after auction sale and updating previously reported PHP to a PHP code matching the repo. This results in the repo being reported for a month(s) earlier than should be reported.
