In  OBTFPM system during  Import LC Liquidation with loan, in Data enrichment stage user has captured loan details with limits in loan preferences screen. After handoff contract is in un-authorized state due to the below error.

1. Sign in to OBTFPM application
2. Go to Trade Finance
3. Go to Import LC Liquidation
4.Navigate to Data enrichment stage
