Symptoms
When doing redemption using BC/DD in OBBRN deposit services, after clicking submit Error is thrown "->TD-RED-02! Failed to process Instruments while processing Bank Details."
From OBRH request audit we see, instrument number was not passed in FCUBS request and FCUBS returned the error.
We have attached the FCUBD DB logs, OBBRN logs, and OBRH request audit.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Redemption screen in OBBRN
2. Input details of TD redemption and use the bc.dd mode
3 Submit the transaction.
