ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Bill booking with SG- SG Available amount displaying 0 instead of actual available amount
When a bill is created under LC and the SG details and linked, the amount in the shipping guarantee from LOV is showing 0.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The available amount of SG should be displayed in LOV.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) SG contract of Outstanding amount 600$.
2) Create a BC contract under the LC and attach the above SG under Linkages Details subsystem.
3) Visit Linkages Details Subsystem-->Contract Linkages tab and click on add row
4) Select Shipping Guarantee from dropdown and select the SG contract from LOV.
