Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Already initiated manual allocation rule by one user can be re-initiated by another user.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If there exists manual allocation rule for pending for approval then same rule initiation should not be allowed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via corporate user(U1).
2. Navigate to Receivables Management > Reconciliation and Allocation > Manual Allocation
3. Select a transaction
4. Login with second corporate user(U2) with same client
5. Go to same path as mentioned above for U1.
6. Now again back via U1 and submit
7. Now login via U2 and follow below steps,
8. Here the 2nd transaction is same as what we submitted in 1st user.
