System refers to deleted signature which leads to Cheque Rejection (Doc ID 3073091.1)

On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When user is trying to search for customer signature, sometimes system displays deleted signature.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When user is trying to search for customer signature, System should display the correct signature.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke STDCIFIS.
2. Upload a signature with a name & Save.
3. Delete the uploaded signature from Step 2.
4. Upload 2nd signature with the same name (as of Step 2) & Save and Authorize.
5. Pick the customer for transaction.
6. Check the signature once again.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this incorrect image being displayed to end user, the transactions are incorrectly declined by the user.
