ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Old booked FT contracts which were not liquidated since years, got liquidated in EOD now and posted accounting when not expected. This happened on contracts which could not be liquidated initially at the time of booking/creation because the account was locked thus accounting posting failed at that time.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Bank's expectation is FT contracts either should get booked and liquidated at the same time or should not book at all.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Post FT transactions using webservice FCUBSFTService on an account which is currently locked by another process.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, contracts can liquidate at any time in future when none expects.
