ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customer created in STSCIFCR is not available in Common Core.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer created in STSCIFCR should be available in Common Core.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch SaaS application and Click to ‘Payments’.
2. Navigate to Customers/View/Customer Summary – STDCIFCR and Create a customer.
3. Validate the customer is listed in the Customer Summary Screen (STSCIFCR).
4. Launch Core Maintenance-->External Customer-->View External Customer.
5. Search for the created customer.
