ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In OBTFPM system User not able to view BC Bill details during liquidation stage in Data Enrichment screen but same option available under registration stage.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should able to view Bill details under liquidation stage even in DE stage also.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Sign into OBTFPM application
2.Go to Trade Finance
3.Go to Import lc Liquidation
4.Maturity details
