Cannot Initiate Disbursement from OBDX Application (Doc ID 3073140.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When we initiate from the OBDX site stage of Disbursement at the time "Application Failed due to internal server error" an issue occurs. When we check in OBB side logs we found as below.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should save the loan application successfully when initiated from OBDX.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate the loan application from OBDX.
2. Verify whether the process is successful.
