Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In OBTFPM System During drawing process under transfer LC,Its allowing to process without presenting and reference number but in normal drawing system not allowing to process without presenting bank and Presenting Bank Reference Number.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------
As per user manual also Presenting bank and reference are mandatory.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Sign in to OBTFPM application
2.Go to Trade Finance
3.Go to Export LC drawing
4.Go to DE stage
