Symptoms

On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 Automated Pacs004 processing not happening in case of Camt.029 ACCEPT 


Observation:
1. When user clicks on action ACCEPT inbound cancellation queue, system is opening CNCL response
2. Camt.029 is getting generated with CNCL response


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
1. Camt. 029 shall get geenrated with acceptance
2. Pacs004 shall be generated
3. Outbound return should get processed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

a) Initiate an incoming payment ending with our bank that lands in NSTP queue
b) Txn status is exception
c) Initiate a camt.056 requesting a recall of the unsettled payment
d) Txn is in inbound cancellation queue wiht recall requested
e) Accept the recall from inbound cancellation queue
f) Txn is in exception with recall accepted
g) No outbound return processed even if system param PACS4 REQD FOR ACCEPT is Y
