ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Reverse sweep not triggered at BOD.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Reverse weep should be triggered at BOD.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create ICL structure with EODSWEEP as sweep frequency and reverse sweep allowed with reverse sweep frequency as BODREVERESESWEEP.
2) Authorise the structure.
3) Run EOD
4) Check in sweep monitor, reverse sweep is triggered successfully.
5) Check in reverse sweep monitor, reverse sweep is not triggered.
