STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a) Initiate an incoming MX bank transfer from PSDICBBT screen
b) Input instruction for next agent details
c) Save and auth the txn
d) Open the txn in PSDICNVW screen
e) Instruction for next agent values are not available in PSDICNVW screen
f) Expectation is that these values shall be retained
