ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Charge and VAT details are not displaying in Accounting Entries tab.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Charge and VAT details should display in accounting entries tab.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Upload file from OBDX.
2.file gets processed.
3.Login in to OBPM and check PSDOT2CV

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users  transaction In PSDOT2CV individual transaction Charge and VAT details are not displaying
