Symptoms



ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

C2B SDMC DRLQ failing at console level for book transfer

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expectation is that DRLQ shall be success at console level and should not fire at individual txn level as these are SDMC files

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload a SDMC file with book transfer entries. Grouping by network is N
2. File uploaded and txns formed
3. DRLQ at the console level has failed. DRLQ has fired at the txn level
4. Our expectation is that DRLQ shall be success at console level and should not fire at individual txn level as these are SDMC files
