Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When user creates/edits custom rates, input value of interest rate entered in OBDx (Oracle Banking Digital Experience) gets changed in decimal precision on OBVAM (Oracle Banking Virtual Account Management) screen eg : 7.000% entered in OBDx is reflected as 7.000000000000001% on OBVAM dashboard screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When user creates/edits custom rates, input value of interest rate entered in OBDx should not be changed in decimal precision on OBVAM screen eg : 7.000% entered in OBDx should reflect as 7.000% on OBVAM dashboard screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application
2. Navigate to Virtual Account Management > Interest Rate > Create/Edit Custom rate > Fill the details
3. Enter the rate as 7.000%
4. Check the issue
