Error 'Access Not Available for Approving Transaction on Account' is Observed on My Approved List Screen While Trying to Open Approved External Payment (Doc ID 3073951.1)

Symptoms

When user approved the external merchant payment, trying to open transaction on My Approved List screen then following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Access not available for approving transaction on Account.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to open approved external merchant payment.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Initiate the external payment(Merchant Payment)
2. Login as checker corresponding to previous maker user with which Merchant Payment was initiated
3. Navigate to pending for approval
4. Select the checkbox for external payment transaction which was initiated earlier
5. Approve that transaction
6. Post successful Approval, navigate to Transactions > My Approved Transactions
7. Checker cannot view transaction details post approval on the account
