Transaction populated amount is 0 in PBDOTONL

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Transaction populated in PMSOUTBR should print the correct amount.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Transaction created and authorized in PBDOTONL.
2) Transaction populated in PMSOUTBR with Amount as 0
3) In PMTB_MSG_DLY_MSG_OUT , AMOUNT is null
