Symptoms

While opening branch, Vault and teller batch users are facing error "RM-BC-RT-02: Failed to fetch Branch Accounting Tags".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Branch/Vault/ Teller Batch.
2. Verify whether the user able to successfully open it.
