ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In OBTFPM system user Unable to use copy of existing contract option in Islamic Guarantee Issuance transaction.

Expected Behavior
------------------
System should allow user to copy the existing contract for transaction.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Sign into OBTFPM application
2.Go to Trade Finance
3.Go to Islamic Guarantee Issuance
