ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In OBTFPM system during the process of Export LC transfer amendment Islamic not able to fetch Islamic contract.
LCSummaryDetail call is going from OBRH instead of LISummary call.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
user should fetch the contract and should display the details for amendment

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Sign into OBTFPM application
2.Go to Trade Finance
3. Go to Export LC transfer amendment Islamic
