Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Edit allocation rule screen is stuck while editing rule in receivables management.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Screen should render with account number and user should be able to edit the allocation rule.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login the application as corporate user
2. Navigate to toggle menu > Receivables Management > Reconciliation & Allocation > View rules
3. Select allocation record
4. Click on edit
5. Click on continue button
6. Screen is stuck(not moving to next screen) and error is displayed on console screen
