MT707 Field 46B ||Empty lines coming when Deleting Adding Documents

In MT707 Field 46B, Empty lines are coming, due to which message processing is failing at SWIFT level.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Empty lines should not come in MT707 Field 46B.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Do amendment of LC
2) 4 Documents are already present/existing under Documents tab
3) Remove 'DRAFT' Document Code
4) Add 'DRAFT' Document Code again
5) Add 'WEIGHT_CERT' Document Code
6) Remove 'PACKINGLIST' Document Code
7) Save & authorize the LC amendment
8) Verify the message generated MT707 Field 46B.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process the message at SWIFT level.
