ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

BCDTRONL/IBDTRONL||SG Linkage not displaying under Linkages details after authorization of Bill

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In both cases, after authorization, linkage details need to be displayed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Case1-
BC- 0***********1
1) Book a bill in Initial stage
2) Provide Non Acceptance Message Date and Discrepancies
3) Link SG to the bill
4) Save the bill. After save, SG is displaying under Linkages Details.
5) Authorize the bill.
Issue- After authorization, SG is not displaying under Linkages Details.
Expected- SG linkage should display under Linkages Details after authorization of bill in all versions.

Case2-
BC- 0************2
1) Bill in Initial stage with SG linked to it.
2) Unlock bill and modify the stage to Final.
3) Provide Acceptance Message Date and Discrepancies as Resolved
4) Save the bill. After save, SG is displaying under Linkages Details.
5) Authorize the bill.
Issue- After authorization, SG is not displaying under Linkages Details.
Expected- SG linkage should display under Linkages Details after authorization of bill in all versions.
