ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
MT700 handoff message Field 47A is having empty line due to which message is not processing in SWIFT.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Empty lines should be handled for both MT700 & 701.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create an LC contract
2) Under Advices tab-->LC_INSTRUMENT advice, provide empty line at the end of the description for FFT code- 'CERTOFORGN'.
3) Save & Authorize the contract

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, MT700 message not getting generated due to empty line.
