LIQD Accounting for 'LOAN_LIQD_AMT' is incorrect.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

LOAN_LIQD_AMT should be posted with correct amount while accounting
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Do Liquidation of Bill of amt 1000 USD
2) Provide Liquidation amount = 1000 USD
3) Attach PC Loan of 200000 BDT
4) Save the Bill
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot validate the correct Loan liquidation amount.
