ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Uploading a OBDX RTGS record>50Cr without LEI details are failing
Actual result: Record is going to error and displaying as Record Processing failed in OBDX.
Upon looking into logs, we found that it is trying to validate the tag RemitInfoUstrd2 against Beneficiary LEI format, which is incorrect.
For beneficiary LEI, LEI tag is to be used and in this case that we are trying that value is null.
It should not be validating RemitInfoUstrd2 for LEI.
Attached are the logs for this issue.
Kindly help us with the issue.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

user should be able to see the record status as completed in OBDX and Transaction reference number should be generated.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to OBDX.
2.Upload a file with RTGS record more than 50Cr and without LEI details.
3.Approve the record once it is verified.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, payments upload failing.
