OBSCF - EOD - Error at MARK_EOFI_CMN_CORE Stage

An error was encountered at MARK_EOFI_CMN_CORE stage during the End of Day (EOD) process.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
EOD should execute smoothly without any error


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBSCF and Launch Invoke EOD screen
2. Choose the branch
3. Click on Start
4. Eod run is failing at MARK_EOFI_CMN_CORE stage


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the EOD
