ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

CDTDBTIND is populating as DBIT for both DEBIT and CREDIT ADVICE in Book Transfer.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

CdtDbtInd should be different for CREDIT_ADVICE.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Save and authorize txn from PBDOTONL
2) Check the message generated in PMSOUTBR
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, CdtDbtInd is populating as DBIT for both DEBIT and CREDIT advices.
