Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

We have found that rate revisions in many consumer contracts are not correct/updated . 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Rate revision should have triggered on expected date and the calculation should also update accordingly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Verify the contract level rates and calculations after rate revision.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, system calculation on old rate
