Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In OBTFPM system when processing Export LC Bill Drawing user unable to fetch the custom Fields,from Obtf as part of LcQuery though have added the extended template.
It could see product Ext data is coming from LcQuery to Import LC drawing orchestrator but custom fields are not populated to custom orchestrator.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The custom field population should be passed from base to custom orchestrator class
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Sign into OBTFPM application
2.Go to Trade Finance
3.Go to Export LC Drawing
