On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
SWIFT_MT bulk upload --Transaction cancelled from Sanction check showing as Exception.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Txn should get cancelled.


STEPS
-----------------------
1.Upload swift_mt file (more than 5 txn) & consol created successfully.
4 Two transactions should process successfully and verify account entries.
3.One of the underlying txn cancel from sc (sanction check) queue.
4.Txn should get cancelled.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, txn is not cancelled and showing as exception.
