Trade Instrument widget call is failed (Doc ID 3075735.1)

Symptoms

On : 22.2.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to acess Trade Instrument widget,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index 0 out of bounds for length 0"

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to OBDX Application as a corporate user
2.Go to corporate user dashboard
3.click on Trade Instrument widget,Error as mentioned above is noted

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, The user is not able to see the trade instrument widget.

Changes

No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
