Incorrect Message Format For 707 Message (LC_AMND_INSTR) (Doc ID 3075748.1)

Symptoms

Message 707 was successfully generated and it was successfully handoff to MQ. From MQ it was moved to SFMS portal and failed there with error ''Error in Deformatter.

As per SFMS team in 707 message format, 27 field is not available in message and block 4 should start with 20 field.

So while generating 707 message it should not include 27 field in it otherwise the message will failed in SFMS portal validation.
