Mailbox Attachments Are Failing WIth Generic System Error

Symptoms
When attempting to Compose Mail through Mailbox,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

"System cannot process the request, please try again later."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as Corporate/Retail User.
2. Navigate to Toggle Menu >> Mailbox >> Mail.
3. Inbox page opens.
4. Click on "Compose Mail" from Hamburger-Menu at top-right corner.
5. Select "Category"
6. Click "Attach File"
7. System gives Error Message as "System cannot process the request, please try again later.".

1. Customer is not able to compose mail with attachments.
