ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Camt.054 is incorrectly send out to RTGS network instead of SWIFTMX
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Camt.054 should always resolve SWIFTMX as the network
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a) Initiate a passthrough payment from SWIFTMX to RTGS
b) Pass through RTGS txn is booked
c) System sends a Camt.054 also to the same network as resolved for Pacs008
d) Expectation is that Camt.054 should always resolve SWIFTMX as the network
