Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When BC and DD Are issued with charges attached, the amount in accounting entries is from the Credit leg of BRIDGE Gl <> Is wrong,
The amount has charges included, So the entries are not balanced.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Accounting entries should be posted properly which are balanced.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Issue a BC/DD with charges
2. Verify the accounting entries posted.
