Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Under the Group Level Status Change configuration, user manually changed the account status to SACC (Stop Accruals) through CIDMSTCH screen, which has a higher severity level than SUBS status.
However, during EOD system automatically changed the status to SUBS at the group level, even though SUBS has a lower severity level than SACC.
The bank has this business scenario where, if a client is deceased the account status is manually set to SACC to stop accruals. But during EOD system reverts the status back to SUBS causing markup accruals to continue. Despite SACC being the worst status, it is not being applied to all accounts as expected.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Status should not be updated to a lower adversity level.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change the contract status to SACC.
2. Run EOD.
