ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Credit Reporting Issue for Feb

User seeing status of accounts being reported incorrectly for Feb month as Feb month being short and based on analysis that CR team has done this issue will continue until June. This issue did not happen in 2023 or prior years and this is the first time user are noticing this pattern.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should report correct status of accounts for the Feb month though its short.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Created an account(s) with due day as 3 and 31.
2.Generating Billing batch job
3.Running Accrual batch job.
4.Generating Metro 2 data on the Due day
5. Verify the Metro 2 status data updated correctly or not.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot correct status of account on credit reporting for the month of Feb.
