ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBP 14.5.0.13.0 generates two MT199 to Swift Tracker with status code ‘ACCC’ for incoming MT103 repaired in Repair Queue
One MT199 is handed off whereas the other one has Message Status ‘Processed’ (rightly considered duplicate)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

There should not be duplicity.
