Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In OBTFPM system during Import LC Internal Amendment, earlier collateral percentage is 100 and now user is changing Collateral Percentage to 10.

While reducing Margin amount in Internal Amendment stage margin amount is not reducing and accounting entries are not passing in Summary tab in Accounting Details tile.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should consider the collateral percentage changes based on that should reduce the margin amount in accounting entries and Ac details tile in TFPM


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Sign into  OBTFPM application
2.Go to Trade Finance
3.GO to Import LC Internal Amendment
4.Change the Coll.percentage amount
5.Navigate to OBTF screen and check the details
