Symptoms

After logging in, below error is observed on screen while loading the Dashboard with 'IS_VAM_QUALIFIED' enabled.

ERROR

Access denied. You are not authorized to perform this transaction on specified account. Please contact bank administrator.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into the application.
2. On successful login error is displayed on the screen while loading the dashboard.
