Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In OBTFPM system In Guarantee SBLC Advised -Claim Settlement in Additional details tab –
In Payment Details tile, for Settlement Details, for CLAIM_SETTLE_AMT – user changing Exchange rate value to 48.
And after click on save, moving to next tab.
After that again visiting to Additional details tab and if we check for the same component in payment details tile,
it is not storing changed value. It is storing old value only (Exchange rate - 49.55).
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

system should store the changed/updated exchange rate value when visiting the additional details tab
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Sign into OBTFPM application
2.Go to Trade Finance
3.Go to Guarantee SBLC Advised
4.Claim settlement-Additional details
